    The Barren River Area Development District is currently seeking applicants for the following position;
    MEDICAID WAIVER COORDINATOR
    The BRADD seeks highly motivated and client oriented individual to provide oversight and management of the daily program operations of the Medicaid Waiver Programs. Successful applicant is responsible for developing, implementing and directing processes for intake and ongoing Medicaid Waiver Services, ensuring all waiver cases are in compliance with Medicaid. This includes direct supervision of a team of Service Advisor staff. Position requires some direct service work through case management of a caseload, with work being performed throughout the BRADD ten county areas. Minimum full-time salary range $2,750 to $2,917 per month plus excellent benefits package.

    Position requires: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a health or human services field from an accredited college or university; and at least one year of experience in a health or human services field or RN (Licensed in KY) with two years of experience as a professional nurse working in the field of Aging or with individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability.
    All applicants are required to have a car, valid driver’s license, and be physically able to make home visits to clients’ homes that may have physical and/or environmental barriers and are not handicapped accessible. Applicant must be team oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and have excellent computer and communication skills.
